Stealth/post transition woes

Just wondering if there’s any stealth/post transition men out there, or guys who consider everything a medical issue, that wouldn’t mind shedding some light on how they’re managing/have navigated intimacy and relationships.. at least personally, now I’ve been on testosterone a few years and top surgery is over and done with the dissonance between how my genitalia SHOULD be and how it is is so much more apparent in my head, and it’s really been causing me issues lately.

Being stealth means I don’t really have much of a support system, and in all honesty am just too damn ashamed to consider opening up about it to anyone, so really hoping to talk to some guys in a similar position to myself, see how they’re coping with things.
