First post-y goodness.

Hey guys. I’m Lucas, 26, living in north Texas. I’m transitioning on the job and am very open about everything I’m going through, which is good because everyone there has a looooottttttt of questions for me. I’ve been on T for just about a year now (rather, it will be at the start of March). I’m also incredibly inept at doing things that involve meeting other people, so it sort of took my girlfriend dragging me here by my hair to make me post. I sort of fail at being sociable. Aderp.

I’m due to have my top surgery here in just a few weeks, though, which I surmise will help boatloads with the whole don’t-want-to-leave-the-apartment-after-work bit. February 24, to be exact. Insurance, naturally, refuses to cover it, but I can only tolerate broken ribs and terrible bruising for so long…I’m sort of a 34 DD under all the elastic. I am at once ecstatic to rid myself of the pain and utterly terrified of going under the knife. x_x

I guess I’ll tack on a picture of my silly face or something here. I, uh, don’t actually have very many photos of myself, either before or after starting transition, so I had to go and take one of myself just now in the restroom (shut up, it’s the best lit room in my apartment). If I look tired, it’s…because I am. I’ve been working nonstop for so many weeks on end that I’ve lost track by this point. You see, I manage an ‘adult novelty’ store and, well, it’s almost Valentine’s day. You can guess how busy we are. Yup.

I’m followable, too. FSM knows I could use the motivation to actually post things in my tumblr other than just whinging about my transition or announcing when I’m livestreaming. ;)
