Weight and body proportion problems?

Hi, My names Izzi. Pre everything until I find the money. I own two binders and that’s about it, I barely pass and its mostly because of my body. I have a rather small figure but I’m some what chubby. I’m about 5’1 or 5’2 and I weigh in usually around 119 through 129, I know I’m not drastically over weight or anywhere near but I just find it rather hard to accept my body at this weight. I’m super dysphoric about my hips and my point in submitting this was to find out if anyone feels the same and/or knows a way around it? I’ve been trying so hard to shed the weight on my hips for about a year now and I’ve been getting absolutely no where. Does anyone know any specific work outs that could help me in any way? I would be so glad to get any feed back about this, I would also love if anyone with the same problem wanted to share. Let me know I’m not alone?
