Does anyone have any advice to deal with not being able to transition? Not as in “My parents won’t let me till I’m eighteen” but “I am in my twenties, with a graduate degree and a portfolio entirely under my birth name, work in a field that is sucky enough for anyone who isn’t a white guy and can’t even talk about the queers, compete at a high level in a (gendered) sport and don’t want to throw my life away.” Do you know of any resources on dealing with dysphoria while reluctantly remaning female? Are there any guys who are also in this position (army guys, etc) who are willing to chat about it?
