re: Binding at work hurts
You’re not alone in your pain. I work a desk job and there are days where my shoulders are just killing me. One way I’ve found that helps prevent this is by pulling up on the straps of the binder. It can mess up how well you’ve bound/positioned things, but it really helps take the stress off the shoulders. I cover up the not so stellar binding at work by wear a jacket zipped to mid chest, as well as sitting low in the chair. Sitting up straight, with your body as a 90 degree angle, is bad for you anyway over long periods of time.
