I’m also unfollowing Fuck Yeah FTMs! Not because they did anything shady, but because its mainly a support tumblr and majority of the questions come from a something-teen year old asking about how to get on T or come out to their parents and inquiries on getting a free binder. This is a great resource for them, but I’m just not in that space in my life.”

Mod Response: I felt it important to respond to this post, not because I disagree or have anything against the poster, I understand their position. However I have heard this complaint in the past and here’s my response as the mod: Everyone is welcome, regardless of age. It’s a fact that a lot of followers are young. They can’t help it they’re young, discovering these changes and issues young in life. I’d rather be there for them now and try to answer some of these questions, and try to be a sounding board for young people, than not. I would have given anything to have this Tumblr when I was 13, to have a place where I could ask questions and know there’re other people out there who feel the same way. If this Tumblr makes one person feel better about themselves, for just a day, answers one question that can make life bearable for one more day, then I call that worth it.
