What is a good range for T levels?

One of the previous posts prompted me to ask this question. I’ve been on T for 9 months and my levels have been around the 415-470 level for total and 140 for free. I’ve asked my doctor but I’m her first trans patient doesn’t know what they should be. She suggested I ask around. Anyone know? Thanks
