Binding/packing during a physical

Hey guys. I have an appointment for a preliminary physical at fenway health this tuesday. I bind and pack regularly, just wondering if anyone knew if it’s a good idea to bind/pack on the day of my physical, or if it would make things easier on them if I didn’t. thanks

Changing gender marker in Michigan?

I wanted to change the gender marker on my license (I had a letter from my therapist) but they said I had to have it updated on my birth certificate first. Has anyone on here gotten this done? I’ve researched it and it seems as though you have to have bottom surgery in order for them to update it. Do you guys know otherwise? I could really use some help here. Thanks in advance :)
